Fresh Start Limited ("we") runs freshstartlimited.com. This notice explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago.
What we collect
- Forms. When you send an enquiry, a message or a photo, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, business details, handle, the photo and caption.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, device type and approximate location (city level). It uses cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or message and, for food service, to arrange pricing and supply with our distributor HADCO.
- To review photos you send and, only with your permission, feature them on our website and social media with the credit you chose.
- To improve the website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are emailed to us and stored privately on our web hosting account (GoDaddy). Analytics data is processed by Google. For food service enquiries we may share your business contact details with HADCO so they can supply you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records. Photos you send but that we don't feature are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to remove a featured photo at any time.
Your choices
- You can decline analytics cookies. .
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@freshstartlimited.com.
